Seoul, Korea, January 21, 2026 — The fifth and sixth matches of TGL presented by SoFi, a U.S.-based team golf league that is, sponsored by Hankook Tire & Technology Co., Ltd., a global leading tire company of Hankook & Company Group (Chairman HyunBum Cho), will be held on January 20 and 26 (local time) at SoFi Center in Florida, USA.
Hankook Tire is serving as TGL’s first-ever Official Tire Partner and a Founding Partner. Beginning this season, the company has showcased its global unified brand “Hankook” across on-site LED displays, television advertising, and broadcast coverage at SoFi Center, offering a distinctive brand experience that transcends the boundaries between mobility and sports and reinforcing its premium positioning among fans in more than 150 countries worldwide.
The fifth match of TGL’s Season 2 will feature a matchup between Jupiter Links Golf Club (0-1-0) and Los Angeles Golf Club (0-1-0). Jupiter Links Golf Club’s roster includes is set to field Max Homa, Kevin Kisner, and Akshay Bhatia — and will feature Homa, Kisner and alternate Akshay Bhatia in Match 5. After suffering a decisive 12–1 defeat to Los Angeles Golf Club during the regular season last season, all eyes will be on whether Jupiter Links can stage a comeback this time.
Los Angeles Golf Club will feature Collin Morikawa, Justin Rose, and Sahith Theegala in the match, a lineup known for its strong team cohesion. Having secured a dominant victory against Jupiter Links in Season 1, the team will look to maintain its competitive edge with another win this season.
The sixth match will feature a showdown between Boston Common Golf (0-1-0) and The Bay Golf Club (0-1-0). Boston Common Golf, represented by Rory McIlroy, Keegan Bradley, Adam Scott, and Hideki Matsuyama, currently sits in second place this season with one win. After allowing a comeback loss to The Bay Golf Club last season, attention will be on whether Boston Common can continue its upward momentum.
In contrast, The Bay Golf Club — represented by Ludvig Åberg, Wyndham Clark, Min Woo Lee, and Shane Lowry — remains near the bottom of the standings after losing its most recent match against defending champion Atlanta Drive GC in Season 1. With a favorable head-to-head record against Boston Common Golf from last season, the team will be looking to stage a rebound in this matchup.
Meanwhile, Hankook Tire continues to lead global sports marketing through partnerships with TGL and prestigious soccer leagues and clubs. The company enhances brand recognition through partnerships with UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League organized by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), German Bundesliga powerhouse Borussia Dortmund, and Saudi Arabia's Al Ittihad.
